In Avimark, go to the Beaker at the top next to DX
Select Download Requisitions
Make sure IDEXX Reference Lab is selected in the drop down
Click Load
Right click on each patient and verify results are present and complete (things like cultures may come back partial - DVMs want to know when report is complete only or if there is an issue with the completion)
If so, make CC to correct DVM and let them know IDEXX results are in under requisition - change COMMUNICATION at the top to IDEXX so its apparent.
