If a doctor orders an ultrasound or echo for a patient, call or text Insight (number on the white contacts sheet at the desk)
Once we receive a booking date, and it's confirmed with the client and Insight, we fill out a referral form on the Insight website.
Always gather a few dates from the client at check out that work for them to drop off so you have that information
CCREC should look similar to this "Schedule Insight for ________ultrasound (or echo) - dates 5/18, 5/20 and 5/21" so that you have all of the information to give her (what are we imaging and when can they come in)
Make sure to update the CC as you go - detail when you have gotten with Insight about what dates work for them, and when the client is on the schedule - the CC can be posted out when the client is on the schedule and the CC has been updated appropriately.
